How does the live coaching work?
Live coaching runs entirely on your iPhone. As you frame your shot, the app analyzes your framing, lighting, and distance on-device and gives you real-time guidance. Your camera feed never leaves your device — nothing is uploaded for coaching.
What does Studio Retouch do, and how do credits work?
Studio Retouch blends two of your favorite shots into one polished studio headshot. It's opt-in: your two chosen photos are sent securely, used only to create that single result, then deleted immediately. One credit produces one retouched headshot. Studio Pro includes one Studio Retouch, and you can buy more later as a small one-time pack.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Studio Pro is a one-time unlock tied to your Apple account. On a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and use Restore Purchases in the app to unlock it again at no extra charge.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple, not us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you bought with. We never see or store your payment details.
What happens to my photos, and can I delete them?
Photos you capture stay on your device under your control unless you choose to use Studio Retouch. Retouch uploads are held only for that single request and deleted immediately afterward — they're never stored or used to train AI. There are no accounts and no tracking.
